Near impossible to get appointments with GP or nurses that fit in with me and don't rely on having to take time off work for routine appointments for things like contraceptive prescription refills and blood pressure checks. Receptionists are unhelpful and rude more often than not. Online prescription service works great until you need to change something then nobody bothers to read the comment you've left and the change doesn't happen. In 3 years I have never been seen on time, appointments are always running late.

All the doctors and practice nurses are kind, sympathetic and listen to what you have to say. The receptionists are extremely busy, but always answer queries and seek advice for me if can't deal with my query. The online booking system for appointments and repeat prescriptions is great for those of us working long hours. Appointments available in evenings too.

Every time I have gone into the surgery, I have been satisfied that they've seen to me as soon as they possibly could and cared about the quality of service they have provided. The only downside is the receptionist aren't always helpful, in that they don't always communicate with me or my other family members. Aside from that all staff do their job to the best of their ability and that's what I am happy to go back :)
